Our 45,000-square-foot production facility houses our team of trained, experienced composite engineers and technicians and specialized, advanced equipment to meet all of your needs for advanced composites.

10’ Eastman Automated Cutting TableOperations within our environment-controlled area consist of cutting the pre-preg cloths on our Eastman computer controlled tables and loading the molds to the strict engineering and quality-control procedures. Cleanliness and controls of time outside of the sub-zero temperature storage freezers are controlled by operators and quality-control procedures.

Vacuum bagging is where each loaded mold is maintained under vacuum conditions for laminate compression.
In special curing ovens sized for the C-130 nose radome, parts are maintained under vacuum conditions during the curing cycle with print-out data charts on file.
